Ajisen Ramen's website was suffering from outdated design, missing information, and poor user experience. This lack of information caused confusion among customers and prompted too many phone calls, interrupting service and decreasing customer satisfaction.
Ajisen's redesigned website creates a central online hub of information for all of Ajisen's ramen restaurants in the NYC area. Additionally, the new online reservation system allows Ajisen's cusomters reserve tables without calling in, freeing up the restaurant's workers to better serve its diners.
